關於我們 About Acuyoga

某日，我們兩位Acuyoga的創辦人閒談，談起各種養生的方法，各有所長。我們既欣賞中國數千年文化孕育出的中醫學說，受益於其治療及養生功效；亦喜愛香薰療法的怡人氣息，在喜悅中帶來療效。

Acuyoga 由此誕生。以中醫理論結合精油應用，希望透過選取最合適的天然原材料，製作做出各種天然美容及保健產品，讓大家輕輕鬆鬆解決各種不適，達到養生的目的。主理人何醫師， 為中醫博士、香薰治療師及自然療法醫師，集合不同領域的專長，互相配合，揉合傳統中醫藥的精髓，加上中西方芳香療法的效果，調配出最合適的產品。

Acuyoga 是一個專業的團隊，希望把中醫及香薰治療帶入家中，讓更多人認識到香薰治病的功效。我們的純天然產品，所有精油、植物油等材料從英國、美國及澳洲輸入，或在藥用的中藥廠購入，以保證質素；不含酒精及化學成分，安全可靠。

One day, the two founders of Acuyoga chatted about various health-preserving applications, each with its own strengths.  We admire the traditional Chinese medicine theory nurtured by Chinese culture over thousands of years, benefiting from its healing and health-preserving effects; we also love the pleasant smell of aromatherapy, which brings impressive effects in joy and relaxation.

Acuyoga was born. Combining the theories of traditional Chinese medicine with the application of essential oils, we make various natural beauty and health products by selecting the most suitable natural raw materials, so that everyone can easily solve various discomforts and achieve the purpose of health preservation.  The principal, Dr. Helen Ho, is a doctor of Chinese medicine, aromatherapy therapist and naturopathic physician.  She applies her expertise in different fields, and combines the essence of traditional Chinese medicine with the benefits of Chinese and Western aromatherapy to formulate the best product.

Acuyoga is a professional team that hopes to bring Chinese medicine and aromatherapy treatment into the home, so that more people can realize the efficacy of aromatherapy.  To guarantee the ingredients quality of our all natural products, all essential oils, vegetable oils and other materials are imported from the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia, as well as purchased from medicinal Chinese medicine factories.  Our products do not contain alcohol and chemical ingredients, they are safe and reliable to use.

何翠歡中醫博士

  • 1994年畢業於香港中文大學社會學系, 現在主要工作為中醫師
  • 在大學內從事社會科學研究, 在而立之年開始鑽研中醫, 先後在2008年香港浸會大學獲得中醫學學士、2015年中藥學碩士學位、2019年廣州中醫藥大學博士
  • 為英國及美國香薰治療師(IFPA，NAHA), 並取得泰式按摩導師資格, 亦曾為美國自然療法醫生(ANMBC)

Dr. Helen Ho

-        Graduated from the Department of Sociology, The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1994, and now mainly works as a Chinese medicine practitioner

-        Engaged in social science research in the university, and began to study Chinese medicine in her 30s, obtained Bachelor of Chinese Medicine in 2008 and Master of Chinese Medicine in 2015 from Hong Kong Baptist University, and Ph.D. from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in 2019

-        Dr. Ho is also a Aromatherapy Therapist (IFPA, NAHA) and have obtained the qualification of Thai massage instructor.  Dr. Ho was a member of ANMBC as naturopathic doctor.
